We tailor the cocktail hour coffee service to your timeline and venue layout. For outdoor cocktail hours in summer, our cold brew and iced lattes keep guests cool. For indoor ballroom receptions, hot espresso drinks set an elegant, warm tone. We coordinate setup and open timing with your venue’s event team so service begins exactly when it should.

After dinner, when the dancing starts and the energy needs sustaining, an espresso bar gives guests the fuel to celebrate longer. It also creates a natural dessert pairing moment: our Affogato add-on (espresso poured over ice cream) is a crowd-stopping coffee dessert that pairs beautifully alongside the wedding cake.

We open the late-night bar at a time you specify, typically after the first dances and dinner service are complete. We coordinate with your venue’s catering team on timing and space. The rehearsal dinner is a quieter, more intimate affair, close family and the wedding party, catching up over dinner the night before the big day.
