Coffee Cart Catering in Ventura County | Mobile Coffee cart in Ventura
Ventura County is one of Southern California's most distinctive wedding and event markets. The combination of coastal access, ranch and vineyard venues, and the Conejo Valley's cluster of premium indoor and outdoor venues creates an event scene with real variety and enough geographic range that knowing the local logistics matters.
Eyevel regularly brings our mobile coffee cart throughout Ventura County, from the coast in Oxnard and Ventura to the inland cities of Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, and Camarillo.
Ventura County weddings tend to favor outdoor and indoor-outdoor venues that take advantage of the area's climate and scenery. Our cart is built to work in both settings, it's self-contained with its own water and waste system, needs only a single 120V outlet, and includes weather accommodations like an umbrella for sun protection. For evening events that drop below 60°F (common in Ventura County during winter and in coastal areas year-round), we coordinate heating arrangements with your planner or venue.
Coffee catering ventura county | cities we serve
Within Ventura County, we regularly cater events in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills (just over the county line), Newbury Park, and the broader Conejo Valley cluster. These are some of the most consistent wedding markets in Southern California, with venues ranging from vineyards and ranches to polished indoor spaces.
In the Simi Valley and Moorpark area, we work a mix of private estates, ranch venues, and corporate offsites. Along the coast, we cater regularly in Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura, and up toward Ojai, which has become a premier destination wedding market with its distinctive mountain-valley setting and concentration of curated venues.
Our service area extends throughout Ventura County, and for events farther afield (Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez Valley), we can accommodate with travel arrangements built into the quote.
Our base is in the Los Angeles area, and Ventura County is within our standard service radius. For most Ventura County events (Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Agoura Hills, Simi Valley, Camarillo, Oxnard), there's no travel surcharge, pricing matches our LA-area rates. For Ojai and Santa Paula, depending on the specific venue and event timing, a modest travel addition may apply and would be quoted transparently up front.
We arrive 90 minutes before service begins and break down within 60 minutes after. Our cart travels in a standard cargo vehicle and needs basic loading dock or curbside access. The more context you can share about the venue in advance, the smoother the day-of experience.

Ventura County coffee catering pricing
Standard Ventura County coffee catering runs between $500 and $2,000 total, or roughly $5 to $11 per guest depending on service duration, guest count, and menu. This is the same pricing range as our Los Angeles events, we don't price up Ventura County events just because they're outside the city. The variables that actually affect pricing are the size of the event and what you want served, not the zip code.

Yes. Our cart is mobile and wheeled, but the setup position stays stationary once we're in place. We ask venues to direct us to a flat area with access to the 120V outlet we need or we can provide a generator for an extra charge. Most Ventura County ranch venues have designated cocktail/reception areas that work perfectly.

Yes, Ojai is one of our favorite markets. The venues there tend to fit our aesthetic naturally, and we've worked with planners and venues across the valley. Depending on timing and distance, a small travel fee may apply for Ojai events always quoted transparently.

For sunny outdoor events we bring an umbrella for the cart. For coastal events, we plan the setup position to reduce wind exposure where possible. If weather forecasts indicate rain or significant wind, we coordinate with your planner in advance to determine whether a venue pivot or indoor backup is needed.

For peak-season weddings (May through October) at popular venues, 4 to 6 months advance booking is typical. For off-season dates or smaller events, 2 to 3 months is usually sufficient.
