Can you set up at rooftops, outdoor venues, and off-grid LA locations?
Yes. We set up at hotel ballrooms, rooftop venues, studio lots, private homes, event spaces, and outdoor markets throughout Los Angeles. We need roughly an 8×8 ft footprint and a standard 120V power outlet. Our Generator add-on (+$100) covers locations without convenient power access.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–5 weeks in advance for Los Angeles events. For peak wedding season weekends, major cultural events, and high-demand dates, earlier is always better. Contact us to check availability for your specific date.
