What areas does Eyevel serve?
Eyevel serves all of Southern California from our Chatsworth base, including Los Angeles and the Westside, the San Fernando Valley, the San Gabriel Valley, the Santa Clarita and Conejo Valleys, Ventura County, Santa Barbara and Orange County. We also travel for destination events, just send us your location and we will confirm coverage.
Do you charge a travel fee?
There is no travel fee within 75 miles of our Chatsworth base, which covers almost everywhere we work. Past 75 miles it is $2 per mile, calculated into your quote before you book so you always see it up front.
My city is not listed. Can you still come?
Almost certainly yes. The cities listed here are the ones we work in most often, not the limit of where we go. If you are anywhere in Southern California, send us your venue address and we will confirm coverage and show any travel cost in your quote.
Does pricing change depending on my location?
Coffee catering starts at $1,050 everywhere we serve. Location only affects your quote through travel, and travel is free within 75 miles of Chatsworth.
