Yes, private residences and backyard parties are some of our most common setups across Southern California. We need an 8×8 ft footprint and a standard 120V outlet within 25 feet of the setup area. We are completely self-contained and leave the space exactly as we found it after teardown. We have set up in backyards, driveways, side yards, and indoor living spaces throughout the region without any issues.
How much space and power do you need?
An 8×8 ft footprint and a standard 120V household outlet within 25 feet. That’s the full requirement. No special power, no additional setup, no venue infrastructure. If outdoor power isn’t available at your party location, a small generator can be arranged, just let us know when you reach out and we’ll sort it out in advance.
Do you offer non-coffee options for guests who don’t drink coffee?
Yes, our full menu includes matcha lattes, chai lattes, hot chocolate, and steamed milk for guests who don’t drink coffee. All milk alternatives (oat, almond, coconut, soy) are included with every booking. For parties where a large portion of guests may prefer non-coffee options, a dedicated matcha bar add-on is available on request.
How far in advance should I book a coffee bar for my private party?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for most Southern California private parties, and earlier for dates in peak season (spring through fall) or major holiday weekends. Milestone birthdays and quinceañeras tend to book the furthest in advance. We do occasionally have availability for shorter-notice bookings, call (818) 527-2122 to check your date.
Can I customize the drink menu for my party theme?
Yes, custom drink menus are available on request. We can create themed signature drinks (a named latte tied to the birthday honoree, a seasonal flavor for a holiday party, a color-themed drink for a gender reveal), custom menu cards, and branded cups. There is no minimum that would prevent a small gathering from booking, a 2 hour service window covers up to 100 guests, making it equally suited to an intimate dinner party of 15 or a backyard gathering of 80.
