Custom Menu, Included
A custom menu card is included with every booking, printed with your drink list. Book at least 3 weeks ahead and it comes embossed. Inside 3 weeks we print it on regular paper so your menu is still on the cart.
Midcentury Modern Cart
Our signature cart doubles as a visual centerpiece. Clean lines, warm wood tones, and vintage-modern detailing that fits any event aesthetic, from rustic vineyard to sleek corporate venue.
Commercial Espresso Setup
Italian espresso machines, precision grinders, and quality locally sourced beans. Every drink is made to order, no pre-batched carafes, no shortcuts.
All Consumables Included
Coffee, milk, all milk alternatives (oat, almond, coconut, soy), cups, lids, and sleeves. Everything you need for your guests is already packed in the van.
Full Setup & Teardown
We arrive 90 minutes before service, set up completely, run your event, then break down and leave the space exactly as we found it. Zero effort required from you or your team.
Professional Baristas
Trained, personable baristas who manage volume and pace without losing warmth. Whether it’s 30 guests or 300, the service is smooth from first drink to last.

What coffee catering services does Eyevel offer?
Eyevel offers three core services: wedding coffee catering, corporate coffee catering, and coffee cart catering for private events. All three use the same midcentury modern cart, commercial Italian espresso equipment, and professional baristas, adapted to the specific tone and needs of your event.
What’s included in every service?
Every booking includes delivery, full equipment setup (cart, espresso machine, grinder), all consumables (coffee, milk, every milk alternative, cups, lids, sleeves), professional barista service for the full duration, and complete teardown. Nothing is extra on event day.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Southern California, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Burbank, Pasadena, Glendale, Silver Lake, Hollywood, Westwood, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Santa Clarita, Ventura, Camarillo, Oxnard, Ojai, Manhattan Beach, Newport Beach, Orange County, and Santa Barbara. We also travel for destination events, contact us with your location and we’ll confirm coverage.
How much does coffee catering cost?
Coffee catering starts at $1,050. Your quote is set by four things, guest count, service hours, your location and any add-ons you choose, and most bookings land between $1,050 and $2,500. See our full pricing page for details.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend at least 3–4 weeks for most events, and 6–8 weeks for weddings or destination events. Peak season (May through October) books the fastest. Reach out as early as possible, we respond within one business day and can usually confirm availability quickly.
Can I get custom branded cups or a signature drink menu?
Yes, custom drink menus, signature drink names, and branded cups are available on request. These are popular for corporate retreats and destination weddings. Let us know at the quote stage and we’ll include the options in your proposal.
Do you charge a travel fee?
There is no travel fee within 75 miles of our Chatsworth base. No travel fee applies within our free 75-mile service radius of Chatsworth. All fees are clearly itemized in your quote, no surprises on event day.
What space and power do you need?
We need an 8×8 ft footprint and a standard 120V outlet within 25 feet of the setup area. We can work indoors or outdoors. If power isn’t available at your venue, we can discuss generator options, just mention it when you reach out.
Does Eyevel serve events outside of Los Angeles?
Yes, we serve all of Southern California and travel to destination events in Santa Barbara, the Santa Ynez wine country, and beyond. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area and are always clearly listed in your quote.
