Cancellation Policy


Sometimes plans change and we understand. Below is our full cancellation and rescheduling policies. 

Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the scheduled event date:
A full refund will be provided, not including any add-ons that have been ordered which are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the scheduled event date:
A 50% refund of the deposit will be issued, not including any add-ons which have been ordered which are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made 1-7 days prior to the scheduled event date:
No refund can be applied. Unfortunately during this period your event has been fully booked and ready to go. We are happy to offer credit in the amount paid in plans of a future event.

Rescheduling

given a 72 hour advance event date can be moved to a new date with no charge applied

Terms of Service

EYEVEL LLC Mobile Coffee Catering Agreement

This Catering Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between EYEVEL LLC, a California limited liability company (“Caterer”), and the individual or entity retaining EYEVEL LLC for mobile coffee catering services (“Client”). Collectively, Caterer and Client are referred to as the “Parties.”

By submitting a booking request or confirming services in writing, Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Event Details

Client retains Caterer to provide mobile coffee catering services for the event specified in the booking form and confirmed via written communication (email, signed quote, or contract). Any changes to event details—including location, time, guest count, or service requests—must be submitted in writing and approved by Caterer at least seven (7) days prior to the event. Additional fees may apply for changes made after confirmation.

2. Menu & Beverage Service

Caterer will provide beverages from the discussed menu. While Caterer strives to provide all menu items as listed, substitutions may be made if ingredients are unavailable, due to supply chain issues, or seasonal limitations.

Typical Offerings:

  • Espresso-Based Drinks: Espresso, Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha, Mom’s Hot Chocolate, London Fog Latte

  • Tea: Chamomile, Earl Grey

  • Syrups & Flavors: Vanilla, Honey, Caramel, Hazelnut

  • Milk Options: Whole Milk, Almond, Oat

3. Venue Access & Setup

Client shall ensure Caterer has access to the venue 1.5 hours prior to the event for setup and 1 hour after for breakdown and cleanup. Client is responsible for coordinating access with the venue and covering any associated costs, including parking if necessary.

Outdoor service is weather-dependent (no rain, temperatures between 40°F–90°F). In extreme weather, Caterer reserves the right to modify services or relocate setup. For direct sunlight setups, Caterer will provide a professional white 10x10” canopy to protect equipment.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required to secure your event date. Payment may be made via credit card, ACH transfer, PayPal, or business check.

Client must provide a final guest count at least seven (7) days prior to the event. Additional fees may apply for increases in guest count.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client is responsible for:

  • Securing and paying for the venue

  • Obtaining any necessary permits or approvals

  • Ensuring a safe environment for Caterer staff and equipment

Failure to meet these requirements may result in limited service without refund.

6. Insurance

Caterer maintains general liability insurance appropriate for mobile food and beverage services. A certificate of insurance (COI) can be provided upon request.

7. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Caterer, its employees, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Damage, theft, or loss of Caterer property caused by Client’s guests or staff

  • Injuries or accidents not caused by Caterer’s negligence

8. Limitation of Liability

Caterer shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: power outages, venue issues, illness, extreme weather, or acts of God.

In such cases, Caterer will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide service or reschedule the event, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations or disruptions caused by uncontrollable events.

Under no circumstances shall Caterer be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, opportunity, or reputation.

9. Dispute Resolution

The Parties agree to:

  • Make a good faith effort to resolve disputes privately

  • Refrain from public complaints without providing written notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior communications. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
