Do you have a generator for outdoor or off-grid venues?
Yes. Our Generator add-on (+$100) is available for any booking and covers events at remote venues, vineyard estates, mountain retreats, desert event spaces, and any outdoor location without convenient 120V power access. We are fully self-sufficient, no venue infrastructure required. Just tell us your setup conditions when you inquire.

Can you set up at vineyards, ranches, and remote outdoor venues?
Yes. Our cart is designed to travel and perform beautifully in any environment, vineyards, mountain ranches, desert estates, beachside venues, and private properties with no venue infrastructure. We need roughly an 8×8 ft footprint and either a 120V outlet or our generator add-on. We handle all logistics and coordinate directly with your venue or planner.
How far in advance should I book a destination event?
We recommend booking destination events 6–10 weeks in advance, or earlier for peak wedding season weekends and holiday dates. Destination logistics require more lead time than local events. Contact us as soon as your venue and date are confirmed, destination weekends fill quickly.
