How destination coffee catering pricing works

Destination event pricing includes the standard coffee catering cost plus travel (mileage, team accommodation, equipment transport). Travel fees are transparent, we build them into your quote up front so there are no surprises. Most destination weddings add $50 to $600 in travel costs depending on distance and overnight requirements. We handle all our own logistics, including vehicle, lodging, and return travel.
